Why we started
Small businesses lose work in the gaps. The phone rings while you are with a client, on a job or between appointments. A caller gets voicemail and rings the next business on the list. The admin after the call waits until after hours.
Hiring someone to cover every hour is out of reach for most. Generic AI tools promise to fix it, then leave you to work out the scripts, the safety rules and the setup on your own. We built AI Automation Digital to close that gap: done-for-you AI, set up around how your business actually runs, with a person you can talk to.

Nothing goes live until you have heard it and signed off on what it says, what it books and when it hands over to your team.

Every call starts by saying the caller is speaking with your AI assistant. We never set it up to pretend to be a person.
Safety comes first
The AI never gives medical, legal, financial or safety advice. Emergencies are directed to 000 or to your on-call person, under rules you approve.

I'm Lachlan. I started AI Automation Digital because good AI tools are now cheap, but setting them up properly for a real business is still hard. The difference is in the details: the scripts, the hand-offs, the safety rules and the follow-up after the call.
I've worked in digital marketing for four years. Before this I ran paid search for a seven-figure ecommerce brand: 400 to 500 campaigns and around $500,000 in ad spend. That taught me to judge every system by the enquiries it brings in, not by how clever it looks.
I've also built and shipped more than 20 web products end to end, including the AI voice agents and automations I use in my own businesses. When you book a call, you talk to me.
